There are many professional gamblers who run tipster services so you can have a cut of the action.  Some of the best are banned from bookies for winning all the time so can only make money from selling members the winning selections of the horses or golf, etc they would bet on.  Remember gambling is a gamble.  It is a risky business and you should only play with money you can afford to lose.
